Question: What information do I need to order a new motor?
Answer: First off, you need to know the Horsepower, the RPM, the Voltage, the Phase (Single or Three-Phase), and the Enclosure style, the Frame size, and whether it is Foot-Mounted or C-Face design. It also helps to know the application the motor is going into, the hours of service it will see, and what problems were encountered with the original motor that is being replaced.
